The room felt small, especially if you've got large luggage. Navigating the stairs can be a hassle. The continental breakfast lacked variety, with no fresh bread or toaster options. The absence of a restaurant or bar on Murano limits your dining choices, pushing you towards a short boat trip for meals.

Caesar was a wonderful host. He was full of information and advice. The breakfast was amazing and the fresh coffee was a treat every morning. The rooms are immaculately clean and beautiful. Plenty of room and such an oasis from Venice. We would stay here over and over again. The "B" restaurant was the best food we had all weekend. We ate there 3 times. Overall, we give Murano Palace A+!

It was great to be able to leave the Venice tourist trap and in 10 minutes by boat go onshore on lovely Murano where there is quiet at night. The Murano Palace and the Resraurent B are two optimal choices for a good stay in Venice. Don't forget to rent your own boat and cruise the canals in your own pace.

A hidden gem. A wonderful, small hotel with beautiful rooms and great canal views. The staff was helpful. Breakfast options were good, and communication was seamless. I loved that it felt away from the tourist crowds!

The venue was lovely little and extremely convenient, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was perfect near to the neighboring island of Murano, the airport, which was very close, and mainland Venice. Location in the heart of the city was a plus...

This b&b has a great location, and Cesare is an excellent host. He explains everything about getting to and from Murano, and tells you what to see and do in Murano. Murano is an excellent respit from the tourist trap that Venice is.

The personnel assistance in finding good solution for our needs, good indications how to get the maximum for the time we had.
The location is central in Murano but still quite to enjoy a relaxing afternoon or evening on the private terrace. The breakfast, for the italian standards was great as for international standards the salty food was a bit poor, overall was good.

A hidden gem in Murano
Waking up each morning to a lovely breakfast spread was a cherished beginning to our busy days of exploring. The staff were accommodating, even packing us breakfast for our early departure on the last day.
While the water taxi ride to Venice was enjoyable, it's worth noting that they are less frequent at night, which might be an inconvenience if you're planning a late night out.

Cesare, the owner, was so wonderfully helpful. He provided great advice and nothing was any trouble. He was very accommodating with our late check-out and was sweet enough to carry our bags down the stairs for us. The room was absolutely spotless and furnished in excellent taste. It was great to have free wifi access and a safe at our disposal. Breakfast (continental) was sufficient - particularly enjoyed the homemade biscuits!
It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities either in the room or available in a common area throughout the day (not just at breakfast time).

Cesar was fantastic - so friendly and helpful with suggestions for sites and getting around. Also they worked around an early departure on Saturday for my breakfast. The hotel is very nice, and perfect location - easy to get to central Venice by boat, but quiet and away from the crowds. Perfect!

Great stay at the Murano Palace hotel - everyone was so helpful, and getting to and from Venice by the water taxis could not be easier. Highly recommended.
